I see a lot of agency owners overcomplicate the pricing of their GoHighLevel SaaS product.
Hopefully this video will help you simplify it.
The biggest thing that throws agency owners off are the 3 different plans you’re able to setup for your SaaS product.
While this is a great feature and can lead to a lot of additional monthly recurring revenue later on, I believe creating 3 or even just 2 different plans for your SaaS product is completely unnecessary, especially when you’re first starting your GoHighLevel SaaS agency.
It creates a crap ton more work for you setting up different workflows, offers, automations, etc.
Not to mention is can create confusion and analysis-paralysis for your potential SaaS clients not knowing which plan they should choose.
So I highly recommend having only one SaaS plan in the beginning with one core offer. That’s it.
You can always add additional upgraded plans and versions of your SaaS product later on.
But for now, keep things simple and stick with one plan.
Also, make sure you’re charging a signup fee for your GoHighLevel SaaS product.
This adds additional revenue for your agency, acquires clients who are more serious, and allows you to hire a VA or other team member to help with client onboarding and account customization without dipping into your monthly recurring revenue.
Fortunately, GoHighLevel makes it very easy to do this, as you’ll see in the video.
At the end of the day, just keep it simple because simple always works better than complicated!
Hope this helps!
