As you’ll see from the video, I build my SaaS agency and get my SaaS agency a little differently than what is traditionally taught.
I personally have never liked the “free demo call” and/or “strategy session” method of getting agency clients.
Not saying it doesn’t work. It’s just not for me.
Personally I like to lead with a ton of value, let my funnels, content, and follow-up process do most of the selling for me, and let new clients come to me.
Doing it this way makes the sale so much easier because you’ve already given the prospect so much value, you’ve shown them what your SaaS product can do, and they can decide whether it’s what they’re looking for or not.
Any calls I take are usually just to answer a couple of questions, and then it’s a done deal.
No sales techniques. No special sales tricks. Just answering questions.
Most of my SaaS clients sign up on their own though and never even speak to them until the onboarding call after they’re already a new SaaS client!
So much strategy for getting more SaaS clients is to offer my free lead magnet and in-depth demo video, follow up with good content, get them in my Facebook group, and let them come to me over time.
This is a little more passive but works really well.
Of course you can be more aggressive as you generate more leads, which I talk about in this training video.
