We have two amazing speakers in this session. Let me introduce Fabrizio Giabardo. Fabrizio is a 6+ year experienced human-centred design professional focused on the intersection of customer research, omnichannel customer experience, and value proposition design. He helps companies better understand their customers and design profitable products and services that people crave.

He currently focuses on freelance clients, mentoring at Techstars, and designing health experiences as the Head of Design at SiSU Health Group. Previously he worked with companies such as Nissan, Rolls-Royce, Unilever, Telkomsel, Telstra, Deloitte, and NAB across the UK, Japan, Indonesia, and Australia.

Tonight he will be talking about lessons learned and an approach to a freemium model in health. SiSU Health is a health-tech start-up with a mission to help people live healthier lives through objective health data.

Our second speaker of the evening is Dr. Stefanie Di Russo, Head of Experience Design, Consumer at NAB.

Stefanie is a strategist, designer and leader. As Head of Experience Design at NAB, Stefanie’s current work focuses on business strategy, digital product & service proposition development, creative innovation and strategic design.

Prior to NAB, Stefanie worked for Deloitte as a design strategist assisting clients across banking & finance, telco, government and the utility sector. Stefanie is also an expert in the field of design thinking, having spent four years obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy focusing on design thinking in complex practice. Stefanie is passionate about education and has spent the last 8 years teaching undergraduate and masters courses in design across various universities in Australia.

Drawing from 12 years of experience in design and design thinking for complex problems, Stefanie often likes to write on the intersection of design practice and academia. Lately, she has been focused on writing on the intersection of design and strategy for innovation, strategic differentiation, business proposition and development. Tonight she will be presenting on the usefulness of customer journey mapping and service design with UX for saas.
