Building out Real Estate Landing Pages should be easy. Your entire goal for your landing page is to immediately grab the attention of the lead and get them to do something.
I always make sure to build my landing pages based on how I will build out my ads.
Mobile: Straight to the point. Imagine your lead… they already clicked on your ad, not it’s time to get them to fill in the info and trigger the autoresponder sequence.
Desktop: A more high end market where users will want more to look at and typically a video. However, realize desktop is usually a battle with Zillow. So if you are a real estate agent, your focus should be pointed towards mobile focused ads.
