ClickFunnels: How To Keep Track Of Your Facebook Leads

What is going on Youtube Jelani again with another video and this video, I’m going to show you how you can set up and track your facebook lead ads with click funnels, Zapier and google sheets. So when someone goes to your landing page and they opt in, and if you’re sending traffic from facebook, you know that that person opted in from facebook.
So it’s an easy way to kind of keep track your leads if you’re doing client work or you’re just doing, you know, running traffic to one of your landing pages is the easy way to kind of keep track. And the cool thing is you can do this for multiple different traffic sources, not just facebook, but it’s a cool way to do it. So what we’re going to need is going to need a funnel obviously. So if you don’t have click funnels yet, definitely get your two week free trial, um, by clicking the link below.
We’re going to need Zapier and we’re going to need google sheets to set this up. So what you’re gonna want to do is you want to go to your funnel, um, and in this case they’re going to be using my affiliate kickstart phone. And since this happens on a pop up, I’m going to pop open the pop-up, say that 10 times fast. Um, and what we’re going to do is we’re gonna add a new element underneath the email address, and this is going to be an input box and we’re gonna edit the input box and it’s going to be a custom type.
And we’re gonna put utm underscore source, OK? And this is important right here, this custom type UTM source, because we’re going to be using utm parameters via google to set this up. OK? So you’re going to put utm underscore source, it’s not required and we’re going to hide it so it doesn’t even get shown on the actual pop up. It’s hidden. So no one sees it. So what I’m gonna do is I’m going to save the page and that’s all you have to do for now.
Let’s go to Zapier and set this up. So if you’re not familiar with Zapier, it’s a way to integrate and kind of communicate with different apps that are not necessarily communicatable, if that makes sense. So in this case, we’re going to zap click funnels over to google sheets, and we’re going to set this up. So I have to do is click make a zap and in this case we’re going to choose click funnels.
So we’re going to type in quick funnels and it should pop up. The trigger is going to be new contact activity, going to click save and continue. I’m going to choose my account, so my personal, I’m the of the funnel. So let’s look for the funnel. I want to make sure that you find the funnel that has this done so quick. This one, choose the funnel step when I click continue and it continues.
So it’s going to find the contact record here when click continue. And the next thing we need to do is we need to add a new um, filter here. So we’ve just click this little plus button here, click filter. And this is a conditional statement saying only continue if this matches this filter. So we’re gonna Click, save and continue and this is going to be based on the additional Info utm source text contains. And then we’re going to put facebook here.
But this can be interchangeable with anything. So you can put youtube here, you could put anything in this case, you can put a, for example, if you’re doing soload you can put soload, um, but we’ll say facebook, click, continue. Test the filter.
