Zoom Video Webinar allows you to broadcast a Zoom meeting to up to 10,000 view-only attendees, depending on the size of your webinar license. Webinars have most of the features of Zoom Video Meetings, however, Webinar licenses start at a capacity of 100 participants and scale up to 10,000 participants. As the host or a panelist, you can share your screen, video, and audio in a webinar, while attendees can use the chat or question and answer options to interact with the host and panelists.

◾️ Registration – 2: 42 ❗️ Registration doesn’t have to be applied to your Webinar, however, is useful when keeping track of who, when, and where the attendees are registering to your Webinar depending on the applied fields in the initial setup. ▪️ Enable Practice Session – A webinar practice session allows you to set up and get acquainted with webinar controls before starting your webinar. The practice session is accessible by the host, alternative host, or panelist. – 4: 52

▪️ Only Authenticated Users to Join – 6: 06
▪️ Record Automatically – 6: 48 ❗️ If you have Automatically Record your meetings enabled within your settings (zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording) this option won’t matter and the same settings also apply within your Admin Settings.

◾️ Invitation:
▪️ Invite Panelists – 8: 43 ❗️ Panelists Invitation is unique to the user receiving the invitation and cannot be shared as it will prompt errors.
▪️ Invite Attendees – 9: 17 ❗️ Registrants will need to register before attending the Webinar. If an attendee receives the join Webinar URL before registering, the attendee will still need to register.
