Zoom Video Webinar allows you to broadcast a Zoom meeting to up to 10,000 view-only attendees, depending on the size of your webinar license. Webinars have most of the features of Zoom Video Meetings, however, Webinar licenses start at a capacity of 100 participants and scale up to 10,000 participants. As the host or a panelist, you can share your screen, video, and audio in a webinar, while attendees can use the chat or question and answer options to interact with the host and panelists.

This can be pulled within a report via Registration Reports (

▪️ Q&A – The question & answer (Q&A) feature for webinars allows attendees to ask questions during the webinar, and for the panelists, co-hosts, and host to answer their questions. – 4: 20 ❗️ You can pull reports for Q&A ( after the Webinar has ended.
▪️ Enable Practice Session – A webinar practice session allows you to set up and get acquainted with webinar controls before starting your webinar. The practice session is accessible by the host, alternative host, or panelist. – 4: 52

▪️ Only Authenticated Users to Join – 6: 06
▪️ Record Automatically – 6: 48 ❗️ If you have Automatically Record your meetings enabled within your settings ( this option won’t matter and the same settings also apply within your Admin Settings.

◾️ Invitation:
▪️ Invite Panelists – 8: 43 ❗️ Panelists Invitation is unique to the user receiving the invitation and cannot be shared as it will prompt errors.
▪️ Invite Attendees – 9: 17 ❗️ Registrants will need to register before attending the Webinar. If an attendee receives the join Webinar URL before registering, the attendee will still need to register.
