So this update is specifically for reviews and review requests and it eliminates any type of review gating that might be going on if you’re not familiar with review gating. Basically, the process of prohibiting negative reviews from being posted on review sites such as Google my business or Facebook, and google is really starting to crack down on this now so if you’re not familiar with it, I would do some research on it because in order to be compliant and to get your reviews posted it is important that you do allow all of your clients an equal opportunity to post a positive or negative review.

And the system that we’ve come out with helps to help to be compliant while still encouraging as many positive reviews to be displayed publicly as possible.
