5) Scaling fast is what leads to a failed business

6) New actions taken on an AD account is beneficial

7) “Hoping” ad performance gets better never works

8) Having backup business managers and AD accounts is crucial in 2020 and onwards

9) Most important factor to advertising properly is having a customer feedback page score above a 3.0
